REFUNDS
I want to do everything I can to make your online shopping
experience at The Artful Home a good one. You are my client and the most important thing to me is that you are
satisfied with my
service and happy with your purchase from The Artful Home.
To this end, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you have fourteen (14) days from the date you take delivery of your
item in which to return* the item for a full refund of the purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
There is no additional cost for shipping and
handling, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are predetermined by weight and added to the
price of the item.
All items will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise specified or if you need
express delivery (additional charges will apply).
PAYMENT
At this time, The Artful Home accepts checks and money orders.
In the near
future I will be adding PayPal.
If you are paying by personal check, your item will be shipped out after your
check clears. There will be a $25.00 fee on all checks returned.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Only
For all custom orders: a fifty percent (50%) deposit will be
required before any work can commence. Once your piece has been completed
I will email you with a high resolution photograph of the completed piece (one
you will be able to see detail clearly), once you have examined the photograph
and are satisfied. Your item will be weighed and shipping charges will be
added to the balance which will be C.O.D. only.
* Any item which is custom made-to-order or which has
been personalized with a name cannot be returned.
